The Sumter County Fair presented by American Legion Post 15 has been a tradition in Sumter, SC since 1916. We have an average attendance of 25,000 - 30,000 during the fair each year. Our mission is to present an annual event which encourages Sumter citizens to bring out their best. The Sumter County Fair is a place to share ideas, traditions, creativity, local culture and intellect. The Fair will highlight the talents, trends, diversity and interests of the residents of our amazing City and County.
